設計思考(Design Thinking)是一個以人為本的解決問題方法論,本課程培養學生具備設計思考與實踐的能力,設計思考不是只有固定的一種設計流程,或是某一種特定的設計方法論才是真正的設計思考,而主要是以使用者的需求為核心價值的設計方法。目前全台已有多所大學所執行的USR計畫與相關課程導入設計思考進而強化以人為中心的服務理念,並提升創意發想能力與場域設計實踐的確實性。 本課程以設計思考(Design Thinking)為核心素養進行具體場域服務行動,落實關懷社會的精神,以自身資訊與設計專業技能結合設計思考能力,應用於實際服務場域進行社會服務;並透過實際場域所得之回饋,反思並提升自身的專業能力。本課程結合理論與實務,並強調大學生具體落實公民素養及社會參與,透過服務歷程提供受關懷場域以及目標對象的教育與學習幫助及支持。
本課程著重在訓練學生:
1.了解設計思考與培養設計思考的能力。
2.服務實作能力。
3.培養多元知識分享與學習的能力。
4.激發創新創意創作之設計思考實踐力。
5.演練與增進資料統整能力。

The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students’ abilities of design thinking and practice, then use them as the core competencies for actions of field service and caring for society. By combining personal information technology skills and design thinking abilities to apply on the practice of field service, the feedback may then contribute to the improvement of their professional proficiency. This course provides college students’ a great opportunity to implement civic literacy and participate in social affairs by using their professional skills to help others.
The course is designed to train students:
1. to understand and cultivate the ability of design thinking;
2. to gain the ability of field service practice;
3. to promote their capability of Multiple learning and sharing;
4. to inspire their power of innovation and creation;
5. to improve their ability of data integration.
